When you book your home consultation with us, if you're expecting a pushy salesman to come bursting through your door, then we're happy to say that you're going to be sadly disappointed! The people who will come and talk to you about your blinds will be the same people who will be supplying them and fitting them for you.
We'll discuss what you need, measure up your window, show you some samples then advise you how we are going to arrange the fitting. We then go away and give you time to think about it – we certainly don't expect you to sign 'on the dotted line' there and then! If you do decide to go ahead with your shutter or blind installation – as we hope you will – we will ask for a fifty percent deposit upon your initial order, and that you complete payment once the job has been completed to your satisfaction.
All our products can be tailored made just for your property, and installed by our expert craftsmen. Depending upon the product you choose, we can offer you guarantees from five to fifteen years.
